: Travel is a high risk area for all Recreation Departments, and effective management is critical. Keeping travel policies and procedures simple is a challenge. Your starting point? — understanding the 4 key travel issues which must be prioritized: Vehicles; Drivers; Passengers; Emergency Response Plan. While this Webinar describes the 4 key issues in detail, the main focus is on the driver and the ‘non-negotiable’ driver-related policies that need to be developed.

 The Solution — Using ‘Google Docs’ significantly reduces the administrivia in travel planning by using a web-based trip approval system.
